Is it true that using frames makes it harder for search engines to properly index my site ?
I think it is true, but I can assure you that what I say is the case. I think a SEO Expert might help you.I think it is true, but I can assure you that what I say is the case. I think a SEO Expert might help you.
In my stint with the Dreamweaver lessons in the olden times, I remember the instructor telling us about the 3-frame layout. It can be ½ of the webpage on the left or top and the remaining half is segmented in two. It’s actually dividing the webpage into 3 frames which has an area of ½ and the 2 frames have an area of ¼. When you divide the home page into, let’s say 10 frames, I don’t think it is search engine friendly because the frames have to be evaluated one by one. And I have been seeing home pages now with only 2 frames that maybe is a better way of being friendly with the search engines. In my stint with the Dreamweaver lessons in the olden times, I remember the instructor telling us about the 3-frame layout.
