If I cancelled an order for how long will it take to refund me back my money
It really depends on when the cancellation goes through. If the freelancer you purchased from did a mutual cancellation right away then you'll usually get your funds pretty quickly. If the freelancer is not coming back in time, it will usually take a few days, but no more than 5 days I think.
Now, if the freelancer you ordered from is trying to give you the runaround and doesn't want you to cancel, it could take a little while. If this is the case just report it and have the administrators step in to see what's going on. Usually, if you have been civil with the freelancer and it seems like they don't want you to cancel, but you have a good reason to do so, the admins will favor you in the situation and cancel it right then and there. It really depends on when the cancellation goes through.
